This LAND helmet visor fits AeroPro and ClimbPro helmets, so you can replace a scratched, cracked or lost visor and keep your helmet system complete. A clear view matters when you are working a saw.

When to replace the visor

Visors get scratched from sawdust, wiping, and being tossed around the truck. A scratched visor makes it harder to see the chain, the cut and the line. Cracked or broken visors stop giving protection. Replacing the visor costs far less than a new helmet.

A visor is also useful for ground workers feeding the chipper or bucking logs, where chips fly toward the face. Keeping the visor in good shape means you are more likely to wear it down, rather than flipping it up because you cannot see through it.

Use and care

A mesh or face visor helps with chips and debris, but it is not a substitute for safety glasses where eye protection is required. Wear rated eyewear under the visor as your job and ANSI Z133 call for.

Clean the visor gently with water and a soft cloth. Avoid solvents and rough rags that scratch. Inspect the visor and its mount regularly and replace them when damaged.

Keep a spare visor in your kit if you work a saw daily. Replacing one on the job only takes a couple of minutes and means you are not working with a bad view for the rest of the day.
