Climbing

Husqvarna mini carabiners in a 3-pack are small accessory clips for organizing gear: hang a wrench, files, a bottle or keys on a saddle loop or gear bag. They are not rated for climbing or rigging and must never be used for life support.

What they are for

Every climber ends up with small things that need a place: a scrench, a file, a water bottle, a phone lanyard or a set of truck keys. Mini accessory carabiners keep those items clipped to a saddle gear loop, a bag strap or a belt where you can find them.

Having a few spares also helps keep the gear in the truck organized. See other non-locking carabiners for more options.

A dedicated clip for small tools stops them from rattling around in a pocket or going missing in the leaves. On the ground, a mini carabiner on a bag strap keeps gloves, a radio pouch or a first-aid kit together.

Know the limits

Accessory carabiners are not climbing equipment. Never use them to connect a lanyard, a climbing system, a rigging component or fall protection, and do not use them to hang a chainsaw from your saddle.

Use only rated connectors for anything that supports a person or a load, and keep accessory clips visually separate from your life-support gear so nobody grabs the wrong one.

If the gate stops closing on its own or the clip bends, throw it away. They are cheap enough to replace, so there is no reason to keep a damaged one in service.
