A replacement keypad and control panel for the T540iXP battery saw.
This Husqvarna T540iXP control panel replaces the keypad on the top of the battery saw, where you switch the saw on and pick its power mode. A cracked or unresponsive panel can stop an otherwise healthy saw from starting.
On the T540iXP, the control panel is how you turn the saw on and select modes. It lives on top of the saw, exposed to rain, sap, and knocks against limbs and the truck. If buttons stop responding, the membrane is torn, or water has gotten in, the saw may not start or may shut off unexpectedly.
Before replacing it, try a known-good charged battery, clean the battery contacts, and check for error indications described in Husqvarna's manual. Many no-start issues on battery saws turn out to be the pack, not the saw.
Keep the panel clean of sap and sawdust, and avoid using a pressure washer or solvents on it. When the saw goes back in the truck, store it so the top of the saw is not banging against other tools, because the keypad is one of the more exposed parts of the saw and impacts there add up over time.
Remove the battery before any work. Follow Husqvarna's workshop instructions, route the connector carefully, and make sure the new panel seals properly so moisture cannot reach the electronics. If you are not comfortable working on the electronics, a Husqvarna service dealer can do the swap.
Test the saw on the ground, including the chain brake, before taking it aloft. More parts are in chainsaw parts.

Check with a known-good charged battery and clean contacts first. If the saw still will not respond, the panel or electronics may need service.
It is possible with the workshop instructions. A Husqvarna dealer can also do it.
