A replacement carburetor for the Husqvarna 562XP Mark II.
This 562XP Mark II carburetor replaces the carb on Husqvarna's 60 cc class pro saw. When cleaning, filters, and fuel lines do not fix a hard-starting or surging saw, a new carb is often the next step.
Most running problems come from stale fuel, a clogged fuel filter, a cracked fuel line, a dirty air filter, or a blocked tank vent. Check those first. If the saw still will not idle, bogs, or surges after cleaning, the carb diaphragms or metering parts may be done.
The 562XP is an AutoTune saw, so the electronics adjust the mixture. That means a carb fault often shows up as erratic running that cleaning will not fix.
A carb on a 60 cc pro saw takes a lot of vibration and heat, and ethanol fuel left in the tank for weeks can eat diaphragms. If the saw has sat a long time, plan on a fuel system refresh at the same time.
Confirm the part number for your saw and serial, and replace the fuel filter and impulse line if they are old. More 562XP parts are in power equipment parts.
After installation, follow Husqvarna's procedure so the AutoTune system can learn the new carb. Work on a cool saw, check for fuel leaks, and verify the chain does not turn at idle.
Drain fuel before storing the saw and use fresh, properly mixed fuel. Ethanol-free or premixed fuel helps keep a new carb clean.

AutoTune saws do not use manual high and low screws like older saws. Follow Husqvarna's service steps after installing a new carb.
Check the part number. The Mark II and earlier models may use different parts.
