A replacement AV element that restores the 592XP's vibration damping.
This Husqvarna 592XP anti vibration element replaces a worn, cracked, or stretched AV mount on the saw. Fresh mounts cut the buzz reaching your hands and keep the handle and engine aligned.
Husqvarna pro saws separate the handles from the engine with anti-vibration elements. Every hour of cutting flexes those mounts, and over time they sag, crack, or break. Signs include more buzz in the handles, a handle that moves or clunks against the body, or a chain brake handle that rubs. Running on failed mounts means more vibration in your hands and more strain on the saw.
This element is for the cylinder side of the 592XP. AV mounts on big saws are often position-specific, so confirm the location on your saw against Husqvarna's parts diagram before ordering.
Hand-arm vibration adds up over years of cutting. Numb fingers, tingling, and poor grip at the end of the day are warning signs, and a saw with tired mounts makes them worse. Keeping the AV system in good shape is part of looking after your hands, along with warm, dry gloves, regular breaks, and a sharp chain that lets the saw cut without being forced.
Note where each mount sits before you remove anything, because positions can differ. Many crews replace all the mounts at once so the saw feels even. Check that the handle sits square and moves only as much as designed after the job.
Shut the saw off, let it cool, and follow Husqvarna's workshop manual. Find more in chainsaw parts.

More vibration in the handles, a loose or clunking handle, or a visible crack or stretched spring are common signs.
It is common practice. Mixing old and new mounts can leave the saw unbalanced in your hands.
