Fresh blade for the Silky Pocketboy folding pruning saw.
A Silky Pocketboy replacement blade brings your folding saw back to full sharpness without buying a new saw. Pocketboy saws come in different lengths and tooth sizes, so match the blade to your model.
The Pocketboy is a compact folding saw that lives in a lot of pockets and gear bags, used for small pruning cuts, clearing a throw line path and quick clean-up. Because it gets used for everything, the teeth wear. A replacement blade costs much less than a new saw and brings the cut back.
Pocketboy saws are made in more than one length and with different tooth sizes. Check your current blade, then order the match. Other blades are in our blades section.
A spare blade is light enough to keep in a gear bag, so a dull or bent Pocketboy never has to sit out a job. Swapping takes a few minutes with the right driver, and the handle and lock carry on as before.
Swap the blade on a flat surface, tighten the pivot and check that the lock engages fully before you cut. Wear gloves when you handle a bare blade, keep it in a scabbard or cover when it is not in use, and never cut toward your body or your lanyard.
Fold the saw closed whenever you put it down. Wipe sap off the blade and keep it dry so the pivot does not gum up.
