Replacement Blade for HS-13TE-LPS Hand Saw

This replacement blade for HS-13TE-LPS hand saws fits the 13-inch pruning saw of that model. When the teeth go dull or the blade gets kinked, a new blade puts the saw back in service without buying a whole new saw.

A new blade for a saw you already know

Hand saw blades wear out long before the handle does. Pruning in dirty bark, cutting near the ground and hitting the odd nail all dull teeth, and a pinch can put a kink in the blade that makes it bind. This replacement blade is made for the HS-13TE-LPS hand saw, so you keep the grip and scabbard you are used to and get fresh teeth.

Swapping and care

Swap the blade on the ground or at the truck, not aloft. Tighten the fasteners firmly and check the blade does not wobble before you cut. Wear gloves when you handle a bare blade, keep it in a scabbard or cover when it is not in use, and never cut toward your body or your lanyard.

Wipe sap off after use, keep the blade dry and store the saw in its scabbard. A clean blade cuts faster and lasts longer.
