A 16 in replacement pole saw blade with fast tri-cut teeth.
The Jameson 16 in tri-cut wide saw blade is a replacement pole saw blade with three-sided teeth that cut on both push and pull. It suits pruning live and dead wood from the ground or a bucket.
Tri-cut teeth are ground on three faces, which helps them cut quickly in both directions. On a pole saw, where every stroke takes effort at the end of a long pole, a fast blade makes a real difference over a day.
A wide blade tracks straighter in the cut. Check the blade mount against your pole saw head before ordering. See more replacement blades.
Sixteen inches is a common pole saw blade length, long enough for medium limbs while staying manageable at full reach. Keep a spare blade in the truck so a broken blade doesn't stop the job.
Undercut heavier limbs first to prevent bark tearing, then finish from above. Let the blade do the work with smooth, full strokes rather than short, hard jabs.
Replace the blade when it starts to bind, wander, or cut slowly. Keep it clean of sap and use a blade guard when transporting. Stay out from under the cut and away from energized lines unless qualified for line-clearance work with rated equipment.
Swap blades with the pole on the ground and the blade guard on, and wear gloves. Check that the mounting hardware is tight before going back to work, since a loose blade wanders and can break.

It's designed for Jameson pole saw heads. Check the blade mount and bolt pattern before ordering.
Tri-cut teeth are usually hardened and most crews replace the blade when it dulls.
