A replacement rope bridge for the DMM Kinisi tree climbing saddle.
The DMM Kinisi replacement rope bridge lets you put a fresh bridge on a DMM Kinisi saddle instead of retiring the harness. The bridge is a wear item, and daily climbers often go through several over the life of a saddle.
The bridge is where your climbing system attaches, and it takes every load. It also gets constant abrasion from the hardware sliding along it. Dirt and sawdust speed up wear.
Replacing the bridge gives a saddle a fresh main attachment for little cost. Keep a spare in the truck so a bad inspection does not end the day.
A worn bridge also changes how the saddle rides and where your hardware sits, so climbers often notice a fresh bridge right away.
The Kinisi is designed so the bridge can be swapped without sending the saddle back. That makes it easy to keep a saddle in daily service and a fresh bridge on it.
Check which length you have and want before ordering. A shorter or longer bridge changes how the saddle rides. Other bridges are in saddle parts and shoulder harnesses.
Fit it exactly as DMM's instructions show, and hang-test it low. Inspect for cuts, fuzz, glazing, or stiff areas before each climb. Life-support gear must meet the applicable standard, follow ANSI Z133 and the manufacturer's instructions, and be inspected before every climb. Get trained before you rely on it.
Keep the old bridge out of service and cut it up so it is not reused by mistake, and note the swap in your gear log.

Use the bridge DMM specifies. A homemade bridge may not meet the saddle's certification.
Replace it when inspection shows cuts, heavy wear, glazing, or stiff spots, or per DMM's guidance.
