Boom Clip Holder

A boom clip holder mounts on a bucket truck boom to keep tools secured and within reach. It keeps pole tools and scabbards from sliding around or dropping out while the boom moves.

Why bucket crews use one

Mounting and use

Mount the holder where it won't interfere with boom controls, hoses, or the insulated section of the boom. Never mount metal hardware in a way that bridges the insulated portion of an insulated aerial device.

Check the holder and its fasteners at the daily truck inspection. Replace it if it cracks or no longer grips firmly. Keep the area below the bucket clear when you move tools in and out.
