About Klein
Klein is best known for electrician and lineman tools, and its climbing gear comes out of that utility background. Klein climbers and gaffs are built for durability, with tree gaffs for bark and pole gaffs for utility poles.
Use tree gaffs, not pole gaffs, when climbing trees. Keep spurs for removals and emergencies, keep gaffs sharp to the correct profile, and get trained before climbing on spurs.
