Replacement laces for ArbPro Clip N Step and Evo climbing boots.
These ArbPro boot laces are replacements made for the Clip N Step and Evo arborist boots. A fresh set keeps your boots snug on spurs and in the canopy, where a loose or snapped lace is more than a nuisance.
Climbing boots take a beating from bark, spur straps and gaffs, and laces are usually the first thing to go. A frayed lace that snaps mid-climb leaves you with a loose boot on a spur, which costs control and can strain an ankle. Replacing laces at the first sign of fraying is cheap insurance.
Laces made for the boot fit the eyelets and hooks properly and come in the right length, so you are not left with long tails that catch on gear or brush.
Laces also wear where they cross spur straps and where they rub on hooks at the top of the boot. Check those spots when you put your boots on in the morning. A pair of replacement laces costs far less than a day lost to a broken lace on a climbing job, so it makes sense to change both boots at the same time.
Lace the boot snug through the instep and finish so the ends are tucked away from spur straps. Check laces and eyelets when you inspect your spurs and pads. More footwear is in arborist boots.
Boots are part of your safety kit: replace them when the soles, support or protection are worn out, not just the laces.

Replace them as soon as you see fraying or cuts. Keeping a spare pair in the truck saves a day.
