I called to place a phone order, as I usually do. Ray, who answered, answered my questions about gear for new climbers and some for personal use. Very helpful and quick. Had my order checked out and had it waiting for pick up!! Impressive to say the least

Gap always ships fast and everything is packed perfectly! Seems that they pre splice their ropes so you don't have to wait on it!

Breif background on me. Got diagnosed with stage 3 cancer the end of 2019 so had to battle cancer all of 2020. Anyway I have beat it and now need to get back into shape. Incredible customer service! Ordered a rope and a book and they sent a 15 ft rope sling to match my rope for free. I will be doing as much as my arborist shopping here as I can!

I purchased 2 kask helmets with ear muffs and face shield and I left a note in the comments if they could assemble prior to shipping, which they did. We visited the store from Philadelphia- very cool to see an actual arborist store in person! They have lots of stuff on hand! Many things that are sold out at the big supply chains are there on the shelf. So glad we could take advantage of the opportunity to see the store in person. Also had a nice... experience with the guy helping us out - very good customer service - answered a lot of questions and was able to help my climber find the right size boots. They also have the arbortec blue chainsaw pants in stock!! Whoohoo!!read more
