Locking composite poles for pole saw and pruner heads, for reaching overhead limbs.
Jameson CompositLock poles are locking composite pole sections for mounting pole saw and pruner heads. They let you build the reach you need for pruning from the ground or the bucket and break down for transport.
Pole work lives on reach and control. Sectional poles let you put together the length you need, then take it apart to fit in the truck. A good locking connection keeps the sections from twisting or pulling apart under the push and pull of sawing.
Check that your saw and pruner heads match the pole's fittings before ordering. See more poles and kits.
Many crews keep a few sections on the truck so they can build a short pole for low clearance work and a long one for higher limbs. Keep sections that go together stored together so they're easy to assemble.
Longer poles flex and get tiring fast, so use only the length you need. Keep the connections clean so they lock fully, and check that each joint has engaged before cutting.
Wipe poles down and store them dry. Retire a pole with cracks or exposed fibers. Stay clear of energized lines unless you are a qualified line-clearance worker using poles rated, inspected, and tested for that work.
Don't use a pole as a pry bar or to knock down hangers. Sideways force can damage the joints and the tube itself. Keep the saw blade guarded when not in use and carry the pole with the head down near the ground.

Check the fittings. Heads must match the pole's connection system.
Only use poles specifically rated and tested for that purpose, and only if you are qualified for line-clearance work.
